Please note: Pira Charcoal Ovens can be used either under commercial kitchen ventilation extractor hoods or directly ducted outside the location where it is used. However it is important to consult a certified commercial ventilation engineer so that your ventilation equipment can be inspected to ensure that any smoke or fumes will be safely removed from the kitchen or oven location.
